  • From July’17 with the introduction of GST the Real Estate is becoming costlier with higher tax.
  • Air conditioners and Refrigerators are becoming costlier post GST as they are coming under the tax bracket of 28%.
  • Due to the entitlement of Credit to the extent of 40% only on the excise paid goods all distributors, dealers and retailers are in a hurry to exhaust the stock with them before the implementation of the GST.
